Two plans, with clear boundaries
All prices exclude GST. Choose the amount of ongoing help you need.
- Growth · from $350/month. One hour of specialist time each month shared across review, context or prompt tuning, questions and team guidance. Includes a brief progress note.
- Growth+ · from $750/month. Three hours of specialist time each month, including a working session of up to one hour. Use the remainder for agreed small improvements, training and rollout planning.
- Aiandi access and guided setup in both. An initial Business Brain configured from approved information, plus app access while the plan is active. Users, setup scope, documents and usage credits are confirmed in the written plan before you subscribe.
- A prioritised improvement list. Useful next steps, with clear advice on which fit the allowance and which need a separate project.
- No unlimited work or surprise overages. Time includes preparation, review and delivery, is scheduled in advance and does not roll over. Extra work requires an approved quote.
- Keep ownership clear. Paid-for project deliverables remain yours under the project agreement. Continued app access, hosting and other subscriptions have their own fees and terms.

$350 + GST per month, from
Growth+ starts at $750/month + GST. Aiandi access is included as specified in your plan. Claude, third-party subscriptions, hosting and usage beyond the agreed allowance are separate and confirmed before commitment.

Questions people ask
Do we have to take a plan?
No. Buy any one-off service without a monthly plan. Use your own Claude subscription and return for a separately quoted tune-up when needed.
What happens if we cancel?
Cancel before the next billing period; support continues until the paid period ends. Your project deliverables remain subject to your project agreement. Included Aiandi access ends unless you arrange a standalone subscription. We agree data handover options before enrolment. Other provider subscriptions remain your responsibility.
Is a new workflow included?
The allowance covers small improvements to the agreed setup, training and planning. A new workflow, custom connector or unattended automation is separately scoped and priced. We ask before starting chargeable extra work.
How much Aiandi usage is included?
Your written plan specifies users, Business Brain setup and usage credits. Usage is not unlimited. Additional seats, complex setup and extra usage are agreed before billing.
Do hours roll over?
No. The monthly allowance covers scheduled preparation, review and delivery in that month. We agree priorities and scheduling together.
What if we only need one tune-up?
Optional 30-day refinement and support is $550 + GST for an agreed scope. Additional team training is $350 + GST for two hours. No subscription is required.
