Questions people ask
What is a Command Centre artifact?
A tailored interactive workspace inside Claude, with useful views and actions for your team. We start with a working shell and fit it to your business. It is not a replacement CRM or a standalone system running in the background.
Will it execute work for us?
We begin with retrieval and drafting. Actions are enabled only where the connector supports them and permissions and approval controls are tested. Written prompts are guidance, not a security boundary. Custom unattended automation is quoted separately.
What do we need before the day?
An appropriate Claude plan for each participating user, permission to use the chosen source and a few approved examples. We confirm plan features, admin access and what can be connected before you book. If access is not ready, we agree a document-based scope or reschedule before starting.
What can we add later?
An additional module is $500 + GST; an additional source or connector is from $750 + GST, subject to feasibility; 30-day refinement and support is $550 + GST; extra team training is $350 + GST for two hours. Unattended automation and travel outside metropolitan Melbourne are quoted separately. No tuning or support subscription is required.
What do we actually have at the end?
A configured Claude Project and branded Command Centre artifact, one approved source, three scoped views/actions, one reusable Skill, written rules, an operating guide and a recorded walkthrough.
Remote or on site?
Either. On site is available in metropolitan Melbourne at the same price. Travel beyond that is quoted separately.
Which of our systems can you connect to?
We confirm that during scoping and tell you in writing before you book a date. Where a live connection is not available, an approved document set usually delivers most of the value, and we will say so plainly.
What if we want more than three actions?
Additional modules are $500 + GST each. Three tends to be the right number for a first day, because people adopt a small number of things well.
Does this change the systems we already use?
No. Your systems stay exactly as they are. This removes the manual work that happens around them.
What happens after the day?
Nothing you have to buy. You can add 30-day refinement for $550 + GST, or a monthly plan later, or neither.
