Illustrative examples of workflows we build. Not real customer data.

Our approach

AI built for your purpose — with your rules.

We don't implement generic AI tools. We build them fit for your purpose.

You don't need to be an expertOur whole job is making this easy. If it needs a manual, we haven't finished designing it.

We want you to actually use itThis exists to give you time back — so you spend it on the work that grows the business.

Built for your business, not rented seat by seatYou own what we build, instead of paying per seat, every year, for one function you use twice a week.

Industry-aware. Business-specific.We start with proven patterns from your industry, then fit the workflow to your systems, rules and team.

The fit promise

Built to fit. Built to be used.

We do not hand over a clever demo and disappear. We build with the people doing the work, put the first version into real use, and tune it around what actually happens.

Fits your systems

Work with the tools already in place.

Fits your process

Preserve the rules and exceptions that matter.

Fits your people

Design around actual users, permissions and approvals.

Proves its value

Agree on a result, track usage and review it after launch.

If your team does not use it, it is not finished.

The answer is already in your systems. Finding it is the problem.

Most businesses do not need another disconnected AI tool. They need the systems they already use to work together around the way their team actually operates.

Before

Answering one question

  1. Search multiple systems
  2. Copy information between screens
  3. Ask another employee for context
  4. Reconstruct what happened
  5. Manually prepare the next action
After

Answering one question

  1. Ask one business question
  2. Retrieve the relevant records
  3. Receive a sourced, reviewable answer
  4. Prepare the next action
  5. Approve before anything important happens

Some builds live inside your own Claude.

Not every workflow needs a separate system. Where your team already works in Claude, we build the tool where they already are — and you own it.

Skills
Your process packaged so it runs the same way every time, invoked by name, by anyone on the team.

Connectors
Your Claude reading your CRM, inbox, documents or finance system directly. No copying, no pasting, no uploading.

Artefacts
Working mini-tools — trackers, calculators, generators — built once and opened whenever you need them.

Measurement

Every build starts with a result.

Before anything is built, we agree what the workflow has to change and how we will know. That number is what we review after 30 days.

Reduce quote preparation from 45 minutes to under 10

Prepare client status answers without searching four systems

Cut missing-document follow-ups from four rounds to one

Move completed jobs into invoicing on the same day

These are example success measures, not customer claims. They show the kind of result we agree on before a build starts. Your measure is set during the Workflow Fit Session, using your own numbers.

Ways to start

Three steps. You only buy the one you need.

The difference between them is simple: what you walk away with. All prices exclude GST.

"Something is slow, but I don't know where to start."

Step 1 — Workflow Fit Session

"I know the process. Build it and get my team using it."

Step 2 — 30-Day Workflow Pilot

"It spans several systems, teams or sets of rules."

Step 3 — Custom Workflow System

Step 1

Workflow Fit Session

$500 + GST

What you leave with A written plan for one process, and a fixed price to build it.
Who it's for
You know something is slow, but not where to start.
How long
Two hours, remote.
  • Work through one real process
  • Identify where time is being lost
  • Map the systems and people involved
  • Improve one part live where practical
  • Define the best first build

Comes off the pilot, not on top of it. Pay $500 now, then $750 to proceed within 30 days.

Book a Fit Session
Step 3

Custom Workflow System

From $3,800 + GST

What you leave with A connected system across several processes, systems or teams.
Who it's for
The work spans multiple systems, rule sets or teams.
How long
Scoped after discovery.
  • Process and system mapping
  • Custom integration
  • Reviewable AI outputs
  • Testing with real users
  • Training and handover
  • Fixed price confirmed after discovery
Scope our workflow

You do not need to buy the whole path. Most businesses start at step 1 or step 2 and stop there until the result is proven.

About ongoing costs: Monthly fees, where required, vary with scope, ongoing service costs and usage. Any ongoing costs and usage tiers will be confirmed during project scoping and agreed before we build.

Exactly what the $1,250 pilot covers.

Fixed price only works if both sides know where the edges are. These are ours.

Before we build, we agree what success looks like: time saved, faster response, fewer manual steps, fewer errors, or better team adoption.

Included

  • One clearly defined workflow
  • One team or group of users
  • Up to two existing systems
  • One human approval point
  • Working version launched into real use
  • Training and two rounds of tuning
  • Usage and result scorecard at day 30

Beyond the pilot

  • More than two systems
  • Several teams with different rules
  • Multiple approval paths or role permissions
  • Custom software builds or new databases

None of this is a problem — it just isn't $1,250. It moves into the Custom Workflow System and gets quoted properly after discovery, so neither of us is guessing.

The Working Workflow Promise

Before we build, we agree the workflow, the users and the success measure in writing. If the agreed workflow is not live within 30 days for reasons within our control, we keep working within the agreed scope at no extra cost.

This is a delivery promise, not a savings guarantee — we will not promise you a dollar figure we cannot control. It also depends on us getting the access, data and people time we agree at the start. We will tell you exactly what we need before you commit.

Industry workflows

See what a fitted workflow could look like in your industry.

Choose your industry to see what currently takes too long, what we would build, who would use it and what result we would measure.

Conveyancing & Property Law

Property & Legal

What currently takes too long

Reconstructing matter status from email, documents and matter-management systems.

Who would use it

Conveyancers and the support staff who field client update calls.

What result we would measure

Time to answer a client status question, and the number of matters chased twice for the same document.

What we would build

Matter Status AssistantAsk where a matter is up to and get a sourced answer drawn from the matter file, email and documents.
Missing-document trackerFlags which documents are still outstanding on each matter, and who they were last requested from.
Client follow-up preparationDrafts the client update for review, using the actual state of the matter.
Settlement-readiness checklistChecks a matter against your settlement requirements and lists what is still open.

Operational outcome: Faster client updates and less time reconstructing files.

Don't see your industry?

Tell us what your business does and we'll show you three realistic workflows MasterKey could improve.

How MasterKey works

Built around the way your business actually works.

Five steps from the process that frustrates your team to a workflow they are actually using.

Step 01

Show us the slow work

Walk us through the process, the systems it touches and the part everyone dreads.

Step 02

Let us watch how it really happens

We sit with the people doing it. The exceptions and workarounds are the important part.

Step 03

Build the first working version

Connected to your systems, with the approval points where you want them.

Step 04

Put it in your team's hands

Real users, real work, real feedback. Not a demo.

Step 05

Tune it and measure the result

Two rounds of practical changes, then we check the number we agreed at the start.

Aiandi OS

When one workflow becomes the system your business runs on.

Aiandi OS is a custom operational system with AI inside it, built on the Aiandi foundation and shaped to how your business actually works. Not software you adapt to. Software adapted to you.

If a person in your business does it using your systems and your information, it can be built into Aiandi OS.

Underneath sits a Business Brain — your SOPs, policies, product data, customer history and the decisions you have already made. Your systems feed into it. Agents work from it. Every answer carries the source it came from.

Where it is up to, honestly. The platform is built — Brain, agents, approval inbox, connectors and governance all exist and can be demonstrated today. What does not exist yet is your version: your systems connected, your SOPs loaded, your rules and approval points configured. That is the part we build with you, and it is why it starts with a conversation rather than a price.

Your systems, connected properly
Schema-aware connectors into your ERP, warehouse, accounting, CRM or inbox. Read in, and write back once approved.

Agents that do the steps
Each one runs a real chain of work — pull the data, check it against your rules, draft the output — then stops at the approval gate.

One approval inbox
Every action that touches a real system waits in one place. Review the change, approve or reject, and the Brain learns from either answer.

Controls and checks in one place
Approvals, permissions and an audit trail centralised, instead of scattered across five different tools.

It tells you what it does not know
Gaps in your Brain are flagged with what they are costing you, so the system gets more accurate over time instead of quietly guessing.

Six things it does. Everything else is a combination of them.

This is the whole model. If you can describe the job, it maps onto these.

Know

Answers drawn from your own records and documents, with the source attached to every one.

Watch

Monitors your systems for the exceptions that matter and surfaces them before they cost you.

Prepare

Drafts the actual work — purchase orders, chase emails, quotes, reports, record updates.

Decide

Applies your rules and SOPs to work out what should happen next, and says which rule it used.

Act

Writes back into the systems you already use — but only once a person has approved it.

Learn

Improves from what your team approves, edits and rejects. It gets more useful the more it is used.

Aiandi OS

Priced on request — scope drives cost

Every deployment is different because every business is. We scope it with you first, then quote a fixed price. Monthly fees, ongoing service costs and usage tiers are confirmed during scoping and agreed before we build. Worth starting once at least one workflow has proven itself.

FAQ

Straight answers before you get in touch.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

No. MasterKey normally builds around the systems already used by the business.

What kinds of workflows can you automate?

Work that involves repeatedly retrieving, checking, classifying, summarising, drafting, routing, chasing or preparing information.

Will AI make decisions for us?

Sensitive decisions remain with people. MasterKey defines approval points based on the workflow and risk.

Can we start with something small?

Yes. Start with a Workflow Fit Session or one 30-Day Workflow Pilot.

What access will you have to our systems?

Least-privilege access only. Each workflow gets the access it needs and nothing more, we start read-only and add write access deliberately, and we agree in writing which systems and which data a workflow can reach. Your data stays in systems you control.

How do we know the outputs are right?

Real scenarios and edge cases are run through the workflow before anyone relies on it. Where the systems allow it, outputs link back to the record they came from, so a reviewer can check the source rather than trust the answer.

What happens when we want more workflows?

Successful workflows can remain standalone or move into Aiandi OS, where they can share business context.

Do you still build websites?

Yes. MasterKey builds websites, landing pages, forms and portals, particularly when they need to connect into a business workflow.

How much does a custom workflow cost?

Contained work can begin with the 30-Day Workflow Pilot. Multi-system workflow builds generally start from $3,800 + GST after scope confirmation.
